The Polsterreich Shop ships its products worldwide for a flat fee of £3.70 (untracked) within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. For UK and EU delivery takes up to two weeks after the order has been marked as shipped, and around 2-3 weeks for US and Canada. For all other locations, please allow up to five weeks for delivery. Since opening this shop in 2020, all paid orders have had 100% successful untracked delivery rate.
For extra assurance there is now a tracked shipping option available for £7.70 and the tracking code will be provided by email as soon as the order is marked as shipped.
I am not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect address input at the time of purchase. Make sure that the address given accepts deliveries.
I can only issue refunds for lost/stolen orders that are tracked. If you're worried about your order getting to you, I strongly recommend this option.
Returns are not accepted. If you're unhappy with your order please contact me via email/contact form asap so we can sort something out as I cannot cancel orders once shipped.
